What information do you use to make my custom family tree art?

We use the names of your family members as you provided them. Note that some datas must be shortened to match the designated area.

Please check your data before confirming your order at the payment level.

What about privacy and security?

No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company or website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Credit Card information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered.

Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology. Your order is submitted and retrieved with a secure connection to our server and remains secure at all times.

Most experts consider that ordering securely on the internet is as safe or safer than giving your information over the phone or to stores. Most cards have a Zero Liability policy for internet use and limit your liability in the case of fraudulent use of your card.

Is my information safe?

We keep your information private and will never sell any of it. We fight off email boxes full of spam, too. We would never do that to our favorite people - our customers!

Where do you ship to, and how much is shipping?

We ship to worldwide.

The prices are for the artwork reproduction only. The shipping charges will be calculated once you enter your shipping address. If you’re in a country not listed as a place I ship to – please contact us, and we’ll figure out some alternative shipping method to get the painting to you.

How soon can I have my custom family tree art ?

Once you have placed your order prints usually arrive within 7 to 15 days. If you need your personalized family tree on a certain date, please let us know by Email when you order and we will do our best.

How do I order multiple custom family tree ?

To keep things simple, please place a separate order for each different custom family tree you want produced.

How do I view my proof ?

After encoding your datas or uploading your Gedcom file, go to the artwork page or "My Family Tree" and click on the "PREVIEW" button. You can then zoom in and check that your datas are correctly integrated into the artwork.

How do you handle taxes ?

Out of Europe your taxes must be paid in full to FedEx®. They accept Cash, Check/Cashier's Check, and Credit Cards. If the taxes are more than $60.00, FedEx® will call to inform you of your pending shipment and the total due.

I live outside Europe, could I still order a family tree from Geniarts ?

Absolutely. We have clients from all over, and as far as Australia and South Africa. Thus far, we have shipped family tree paintings all over the world without a single problem. The only minor setback is that in certain countries, a painting might get stuck in customs for a few extra days. To avoid getting your family tree later than the date you need it by, please make sure to order in advance.

Due to the custom nature of these artwork, all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make your purchases carefully and feel free to ask us any questions that you might have before purchase. We will do all that we can to ensure that you are more than pleased with your final product !
